History:

The core of the company comes from the established in 1965 Scientific Institute of Medical Technics in Sofia.

Inheritor of the traditions in developing and designing of medical systems, SIMT is restructured into a commercial & engineering state-owned medical company in 1991, and in 1997 is privatized into MTE Ltd., 100% Bulgarian, privately-owned capital.

In March 2005, MTE becomes TUV certified with ISO9001:2000 №781006796 certificate, for it's successfully integrated and functioning system for quality management.

For 13 years, Medical Technics Engineering Ltd. establishes itself as the largest medical trading house in Bulgaria, offering a comprehensive & multi-profile product & service range.
